The process of finding a new management company can be overwhelming and stressful.  While we keep our pricing transparent, there may be circumstances that change the management fee.  (Ex: ongoing litigation or level of reserves)  After discussing the needs of the association, we’ll send over a one-page proposal and a complete contract, if requested.  Our fees are based on the number of owners, the amount of monthly dues and any other variables.
